We’re looking for an incredibly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative that can serve on the frontline of our business development efforts to prospect, identify qualified leads, and generate interest in our solutions. Your goal is to get qualified leads to take the next step and speak live with one of our Account Executives. This is an entry-level sales position with room for growth. Prospect potential new customers by researching information about companies in the market aligned with the company’s strategy.
Maintain the CRM updated with correct information on leads, prospects, and clients regarding contacts, lanes, volume, etc.
Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers in accordance to our sales strategy that generates new business opportunities.
Proactively consult with our customers about their logistics needs, processes, and how we can help them.
Other responsibilities include: creating and attending quote requests, rate sheets, follow-up on operational summaries when a shipment is closed, order creation in the system, send billing information, among others.
Hybrid role in Mexico City, Mexico offices with high flexibility.
Full time schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
Recent graduates or 1 to 2 years of experience in: Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing.
Preferable: experience or knowledge regarding the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade & Business, Logistics or similar.
Office Suite proficiency
Fluent English speaker (level B2-C1 non-negotiable).
Detail and action-oriented individual with a winning mindset.
Strong analytical skills.
