We’re looking for an incredibly motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative that can manage a customer portfolio by sending quotes, tenders, and meetings with clients online. You will prepare bookings according to the status established with our operations team and have direct contact with our customers. Responsibilities

  • Retain and develop accounts from Consumer to A and AA accounts.
  • Attend meetings with the customer and the sales executive.
  • Create quotes and tasks in the system, as well as follow up on the sent quotes and requests from our customers.
  • Generate special negotiations with the sourcing team for specific business opportunities.
  • Other responsibilities include follow-up on operational summaries when a shipment is closed, order creation in the system, send billing information, among others.

Work conditions

  • Hybrid role in Mexico City, Mexico offices with high flexibility.
  • Full time schedule: 8 am to 5 pm

Your profile

  • Recent graduates or 1 to 3 years of experience in: Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing.
  • Preferable: experience or knowledge regarding the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade & Business, Logistics or similar.
  • Office Suite proficiency
  • Fluent English speaker (level B2-C1 non-negotiable).
  • Detail and action-oriented individual with a winning mindset.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
