We are looking for a Ground Logistics Developer also known as Operations Executive to join our team. As a Ground LD, you will ensure the correct and timely operation of shipments, as well as providing administrative follow-up on them. You will also develop the assigned accounts in conjunction with the commercial and sourcing teams. If you’re interested, keep reading:

What you’ll do:

  • Advice and design shipping solutions for our customers.
  • Conflict resolution and provision of alternatives for the client.
  • Conflict resolution and direct negotiation with carriers and suppliers to achieve a successful operation.
  • Shipping quotation for assigned shipments on request.
  • Account development and retention activities such as follow-up calls and customer satisfaction (generation of findings)
  • Knowledge of Up-selling & Cross-selling strategies to achieve annual targets. Detect and report new opportunities for other businesses (cross-selling).
  • Administrative tracking of operated shipments such as billing, provisioning, and closing of shipments.

Work conditions:

  • Hybrid role in Mexico with high flexibility.
  • Full time schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
  • Availability after hours is required.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s in Logistics, International Trade & Business, Global Trade, or similar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in: International trade ground operations, supply chain, customs.
  • English proficiency (B2-C1 non negotiable).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible, collaborative, self-starting and highly organized.
  • Keen eye for detail and the propensity for dynamic and unique problem-solving.
