Keep reading, we have plenty to offer for a role as Capabilities Project Manager where you will be responsible to lead and control the development of company projects through the management of best practices of PM and continuous monitoring of deliverables, allowing detection of risks in the fulfillment of the goals set by the company.   • Carry out the design and fulfillment of the company’s projects according to the strategy.
  • Follow up on the projects preparing a monthly progress report with risk analysis per project.
  • Manage the projects’ portfolio and ensure an effective management of the deliverables according to schedule/sprints.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to support and provide action plans aligned to the projects.
  • Ensure that the projects follow our Compliance and Operation policies alongside with the Continuous Improvement & Innovation team.

Work conditions

  • Remote role in Mexico with high flexibility.
  • Full time schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Your profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Data Analysis, Finance, PM, Process Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Global Management or similar.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent English speaker (level B2-C1 non-negotiable).
  • Comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time.
  • Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and domains.
  • Proactive and self-driving.
